Raffaela Rein, born 1986, has been elected as a member of the Supervisory Board of Mutares SE & Co. KGaA in May 2022. In addition to her work at Mutares, she has also been managing director of WildWildVentures GmbH in Berlin since 2013, she also served as managing director of Pure Capital GmbH in Munich.

After her education (CFA (Level 2), Investment Management Certificate) and her studies in finance, she has relevant skills in the field of investments and investment management. In 2011, after her position as Investment Strategist at BlackRock in London, she took over the position as Venture Development Manager at Rocket Internet. Prior to her current position at Mutares and at WildWildVentures GmbH, she founded Careerfoundry GmbH in 2013 and acted there in the position of Managing Director until 2018.

Due to her many years of experience as an entrepreneur, she is familiar with many topics of relevance to Mutares SE & Co KGaA. Furthermore, she has international experience and expertise in the fields of digitalization and sustainability.
