Dr. Lennart Schley, born in 1980, has been with Mutares SE & Co. KGaA since 2011. He was appointed a member of the Executive Board in July 2024, after having served as Head of Segment “Goods & Services“ and “Retail & Food“ from 2022 to 2024. As Chief Operating Officer (COO), he is currently responsible for Operations, Consulting and Portfolio Development.

Prior to joining Mutares SE & Co. KGaA, he worked as a consultant in the restructuring practice at KMPG and subsequently held various management positions in portfolio companies of Mutares portfolio companies.

Dr. Lennart Schley studied business administration at Humboldt University of Berlin and received his PhD from Technical University of Chemnitz for his research on turnarounds.
