Global partner for Sealings and Fluid transmission systems and Compound (SFC) for the automotive industry.

The group was formed through the acquisition of SFC Solutions (sealings, fluid transmission systems, and compound), Sealynx (sealings), Elastomer Solutions (rubber and thermoplastic components) and SFC Climate (fluid transmission systems).

With manufacturing facilities in Europe (Germany, Italy, Poland, France, Spain, Romania, and Portugal), Africa (Morocco and South Africa), Central America (Mexico) and Asia (China and India), the company serves a broad customer base including all major OEMs and Tier-1 suppliers in the automotive segment.

All plants are state-of-the-art, complemented by strong engineering capabilities, and feature key industry-specific certifications such as ISO 14001, ISO 9001:2015, and IATF 16949:2016.

With the integration of SFC Solutions Climate (2025), the closure of two plants (Poland and Slovakia – 2024) and the opening of brand new sites in Mexico and Morocco (2025), the Group is now constantly operating with profitable margins, ready to take on new challenges.

Strategy
The Group focus on three development areas:

• Sustainable growth in all key markets, leveraging existing distribution channels, staying current with industry trends and developments (such as electric & hybrid vehicles), and collaborating with OEMs to create new technologies and products
• Improving efficiency optimising footprint, using lean management principles, improving logistics processes, and reducing waste
• Maximising synergies by utilizing manufacturing capacities, leveraging global sales and purchasing teams, creating shared service centres for the group, and streamlining IT systems and processes
