mutares team growing

With the appointments of Sonja Reinhard and Michael Ohr, the mutares team has gained new traction to continue building its portfolio and implementing operational improvements in their investments.

Upon completion of her MBA studies, *Sonja Reinhard* served in various positions in finance and controlling of small and medium sized enterprises for several years. In addition, she gained valuable experience leading improvement programs in subsidiaries of a publicly listed holding company. In her new role as “Head of Finance”, Mrs Reinhard will support the management of our companies in tapping additional value potential.

*Michael Ohr (34)* started his career at a provider for enterprise software after graduating in Industrial Engineering and Management (University of Karlsruhe). After serving in various positions at the BMW Group, including corporate audit, and completing his MBA studies at INSEAD with distinction, he joined Bain & Company as a strategy consultant. Aside from various projects in restructuring and organization, he was also in charge of due diligence projects for several private equity clients. As “Director of Portfolio Development” at mutares, he will support due diligence projects and work on acquiring new portfolio companies.
