mutares AG (ISIN: DE000A0SMSH2) has made an irrevocable offer to acquire 100% of the shares of Grosbill SA from Groupe Auchan.

Grosbill SA (www.grosbill.com) is a leading omni-channel distributor specialized in IT products and consumer electronics in France.
