Mutares compensates all employees’ flights in 2019

Sustainable management is an integral part of our entrepreneurial activities. Our goal is to strike a balance between the interests of all stakeholders, taking environmental issues into account. Green technologies, resource-saving production methods and energy from renewable sources are the key to a holistic approach. Mutares is cooperating with the climate protection organization atmosfair in order to compensate the CO₂ pollution from necessary air travel as climate-friendly as possible. The climate protection contribution that Mutares pays for air travel is used by atmosfair to expand renewable energies – especially in developing countries. In this way, CO₂ is saved, which would have been generated elsewhere by fossil fuels.
