mutares closes PIXmania acquisition

On December 31st 2013, mutares completed the acquisition of PIXmania S.A.S and of all its subsidiaries from Dixons Retail plc. Following the signing of the Sale & Purchase Agreement on September 26th, all closing conditions have been fulfilled. PIXmania generated a turnover of € 446m during the fiscal year 2013 and employs close to 900 people across its sites in France and in the Czech Republic.
