Mutares adopts International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)

Mutares (ISIN: DE000A0SMSH2) wants to provide its shareholders with even greater transparency and adapts its reporting framework to the Group’s increasing internationalization.

For this reason, the Group has decided to convert its financial reporting to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) as of the financial year 2017. The consolidated financial statements for the fiscal year 2017 will be published on 13 June 2018 and will also include the comparative prior year 2016 in accordance with IFRS.
