Temakinho

Temakinho is a restaurant chain providing premium Japanese-Brazilian sushi, meat cuisine and drinks. Headquartered in Milan, Temakinho operates through 10 directly managed restaurants (“DOS”) located in Italy (Milan, Rome, Bologna and Florence), 3 franchising restaurants in Italian airports (2 in Rome Fiumicino and 1 in Milan Linate) and 1 franchising in Lyon, France. Temakinho has access to a central kitchen near Milan, where selected ingredients are processed and semi-finished products are temporarily stored and then delivered. Temakinho stands out for its top-quality raw materials and its locations characterized by colourful furniture custom-made by Italian artisans and inspired by Brazilian culture and the colours of nature.

Temakinho is also active through the delivery and take-away channels in the cities where the restaurants are located.

Strategy:
The operational focus of Temakinho is on expanding its presence mainly in Italy both through the opening of new franchising and new DOS and investing in marketing in order to relaunch the brand and acquire new customers.
