The company undertakes both complex turnkey system investments (design and build) as well as essential standalone projects, including design, connection, modernization, and operational tasks such as full inspections, measurements, commissioning, and repairs.
Additionally, Eltel offers comprehensive preparation services for investment implementation, addressing formal and legal requirements, including securing rights of way and necessary permits, coordinating documentation with external entities, and acting as a substitute investor. Furthermore, Eltel provides a range of innovative services that significantly enhance the efficiency of electricity projects, such as drone services, spatial thermovision, and energy storage solutions through its 3S technology – SunSmartStore.
The company owns state-of-the-art specialist equipment, a dedicated research and development center, a design office, and a comprehensive training facility, which enables the company to successfully undertake and complete even the most demanding projects.
Currently, Eltel Networks employs about 400 people, including engineers, linemen, project managers, electricians and administrative staff, organized in 3 local offices in Olsztyn, Rzeszow and Krakow.
