Strategy

Steinmüller is a new platform within Mutares’ Energy & Technology segment and will operate alongside Sofinter Group in the fast-growing market for decarbonization technologies. Mutares sees significant synergies between the two companies and aims to combine their strengths to build a leading market position, following a value-creation path similar to that of NEM Energy Group. Steinmüller’s engineering expertise and European patent portfolio provide a solid foundation, while regulation-driven demand for the energy transition and industrial decarbonization supports its growth outlook.
