Fast and time-critical transport solutions

inTime Express Logistik GmbH, headquartered in Isernhagen near Hanover, has specialised in fast and time-critical transport solutions since its founding in 1987. The inTime Group also includes Trans-Logo-Tech (TLT), a Fifth Party Logistics Service Provider (5PL), Routewise as a joint-venture with Orbit, a digital marketplace with control tower and Shipper-TMS, a majority share in the start-up LiBCycle, which offers IT-supported recycling solutions for used electric vehicle batteries.
With approximately 450 employees and annual revenues of around €100 million, inTime provides reliable courier, express, and specialised logistics services across Europe—including the transport of lithium-ion batteries. The company primarily serves clients in the automotive, electronics, and industrial manufacturing sectors, leveraging digital processes, agile logistics, and maximum flexibility.
inTime operates its own branches in Germany, Spain, England, Poland, Hungary, Romania, and Sweden, offering a comprehensive network for pan-European transport. Since August 2025, the company has been part of the Mutares Group.
Strategy:
The strategic direction of the inTime Group is focused on sustainable growth and customer-oriented operational excellence. A key lever is the diversification into new industries beyond the automotive sector—such as agriculture, aviation, and renewable energy – to unlock further revenue potential. At the same time, digitalisation is being accelerated: the introduction of new systems aims to automate and expedite dispatching, load planning, and order entry. The use and expansion of Routewise as a customer tender platform also promises significant revenue growth.
