Mutares publishes half-year financial results 2021 in September

Munich, 23 July 2021 – Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) has decided that the financial results for the first half of the current year will be published on 7 September 2021.

Since the beginning of the year, Mutares has already closed three exits, nine buyside transactions and signed another four transactions. This underlines the focus of the Management on further expanding the corporate growth strategy and increasing shareholder value.

The Company is currently working on creating the half-year financial report 2021 to be published by 7 September 2021, in order to ensure continuous and transparent communication with capital markets and all interested stakeholders.
