mutares AG, Munich, sold its portfolio company SHH GmbH SystemHaus Hemminger to the Japanese investor ABC Shokai. SHH, based in Esslingen/ Neckar (Germany) is a leading provider of geographical information systems for utility suppliers and big industrial enterprises. In its offices in Esslingen, Bochum, Berlin and Leipzig SHH occupies 50 employees.
