Munich, 19\u00a0November 2025<\/strong> \u2013 Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) has decided today to place up to 1,213,206 shares in Steyr Motors AG (“Steyr<\/strong>“), representing around 23.0% of Steyr’s share capital, by way of a private placement (“Placement<\/strong>“). In the Placement, the shares will be offered exclusively to qualified investors by way of an accelerated bookbuilding process. The Private Placement will be initiated immediately after publication of this announcement and may be terminated at short notice.<\/p>\n

Cantor Fitzgerald and Raiffeisen Bank International (in co-operation with ODDO BHF SCA) accompany the placement as Joint Global Coordinators and Joint Bookrunners.<\/p>\n
