Munich, April 1, 2025 <\/strong>\u2013 Alcura France, a 100% subsidiary of Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650<\/a>), has received an irrevocable offer for the acquisition of its home healthcare services activity \u2013 referred to as PSAD (Prestations de Sant\u00e9 \u00e0 Domicile<\/em>) \u2013 from Sant\u00e9 Cie Group, a leading European player of homecare and ambulatory care. The targeted activity generated ca. EUR 17 million in revenues in France in 2024.<\/p>\n

The closing of the transaction remains subject to customary conditions including the consultation of the relevant works councils.<\/p>\n
