This is the second add-on acquisition for the Mutares portfolio company Frigoscandia in 2022 after the acquisition of Polar Frakt AS and the twelfth acquisition of Mutares in 2022.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6tene Kyltransporter, headquartered in G\u00f6tene, Sweden, employs around 250 people and is a provider of temperature-controlled logistics. The company has a long-lasting relationship with Frigoscandia and a strong presence in an area of strategic importance for Frigoscandia.
