The company strengthens the Engineering &amp; Technology segment as a new platform investment and will operate under the new name VALTI in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Headquartered in Montbard, Burgundy, in France, the company employs more than 200 people and generates revenues of approximately EUR 50 million. Vallourec Bearing Tubes is a European manufacturer of seamless precision steel tubes produced to the most demanding standards. As the second-largest player in the European bearing tubes market, the company supplies its products to various industries such as Bearings, Mechanical and Oil &amp; Gas.
