The Supervisory Board and Dr. Geuer have agreed on an amicable termination of Dr. Geuer\u2019s contract as member of the Executive Board. The Supervisory Board has also expressed its thankfulness for the founder\u2019s great merits in building the company.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Geuer: \u201cLooking at Mutares\u2019 attractive current portfolio, I see tremendous potential for a further increase of the company\u2019s value. Holding more than 26% of the share capital, I want to participate in this investment opportunity. In the future I intend to actively support the company together with the CEO and the Supervisory Board as an advisor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Mr. Laik: \u201cI regret any confusion that might have been triggered by the actions and press releases during the past days and I distance myself from them. Over the past ten years Dr. Geuer and myself, we have successfully built up an international group of companies out of a small start-up.
