Proposed amendments to the bond terms of bonds issued by Mutares in February 2020 were accepted by bondholders<\/p>\n

Munich, 28 August, 2020<\/strong> \u2013The Bond Trustee has informed Mutares SE & Co. KGaA (ISIN: DE000A2NB650) (“Mutares”) today that the proposed amendments to the terms of the EUR 50 million bonds issued by Mutares in February 2020 (ISIN: NO0010872864) (the “Bonds”) set out in the Notice of a Written Resolution dated August 13, 2020 have been approved by the required majority of the bondholders in a written procedure. Therefore, the Tap Issue placed on 26 August, 2020 amounting to EUR 20 million, is also effective.<\/p>\n
