The Supervisory Board has extended his contract prematurely until 31 December 2022 and re-appointed him as a member of the Management Board for this period. <\/p>\n<p>At its meeting today, the Supervisory Board did not extend Dr. Axel Geuer&#8217;s contract with the Management Board, which ends at the end of 2018, and dismissed him with immediate effect. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Information and explanations of the issuer on this announcement:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Robin Laik has been a member of the board of directors since the company was founded in 2008 and manages Mutares AG together with his team very successfully.
