Considering this strong development, mutares AG has become increasingly interesting for the capital market. In order to take advantage of its existing capital market quotation to further support the company\u2019s ambitious development, mutares AG is currently considering a repositioning in the capital market. <\/p>\n<p>As a first step, mutares AG is planning to apply for the change to the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange, to fulfil all higher transparency requirements, and to broaden the free float. At the same time, it is planning to establish an active and sustainable capital market communication.
