The transaction was accompanied by Hauck &#038; Aufh\u00e4user Privatbankiers KGaA, Frankfurt am Main, as the Sole Lead Manager.<\/p>\n<p>As part of the planned strategic repositioning on the capital market, the company has applied to be included in the Entry Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and is currently working on the necessary prospectus.
