Pursuant to \u00a7 186 paragraph 3, sentence 4 of German Stock Corporation Act, the subscription rights for the New Shares have been excluded. The New Shares are entitled to receiving dividends as of January 1, 2015 and will be admitted to trading without a prospectus on the Open Market (Entry Standard) of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange.<\/p>\n<p>The proceeds of the capital increase will further support the growth of mutares AG. This will provide the Company with additional growth opportunities in an attractive market. The future growth strategy will be increasingly based on add-on acquisitions.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the increased financial flexibility, the Company and its major shareholders have set the strategic goal of increasing the free float as well as the trading volume of the mutares stock.
