This achievement confirms again the successful strategy of mutares.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>STS Acoustics develops and produces innovative solutions for acoustic and thermal insulation in the motor and passenger compartment of vehicles. The company operates out of three sites in Italy. As one of the leading providers, STS supplies well-known European truck manufacturers as well as the Italian car industry. In 2014, STS generated revenues of about EUR 120m and achieved an EBITDA of EUR 8m.<\/p>\n<p>To exploit further growth potential, STS is currently building a new production site in Poland, which is planned to start operation in the second half of 2016.
